This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and subscription billing are handled for MyCardky services.
 

MyCardky is operated by SenseRealtor, Ontario, Canada.

1. Digital Services
 

MyCardky provides digital services, including:

  • Digital business cards

  • Public profile pages

  • Contact sharing tools

  • QR code features

  • Schedule sharing

  • Moments content features

  • Premium subscription services
     

Because our products are delivered digitally and become available immediately after purchase, refunds are generally limited.
 

2. Subscription Cancellations
 

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
 

When a subscription is canceled:

  • Future recurring charges will stop.

  • Your subscription benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

  • No additional charges will be made after cancellation.
     

Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund for payments already processed.
 

3. Refund Requests
 

We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, including situations such as:

  • Accidental duplicate charges

  • Technical issues that prevent access to purchased services

  • Billing errors

  • Unauthorized purchases that can be reasonably verified
     

Refund requests must generally be submitted within 14 days of the original transaction.
 

Approval of refunds is at the sole discretion of MyCardky.
 


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Partial use of a subscription period

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Failure to cancel before renewal

  • Account suspension resulting from violations of our Terms of Service

  • Services already delivered and functioning as intended
     

5. Chargebacks
 

If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback through your financial institution.

We are committed to resolving billing concerns promptly and fairly.
 

Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in account suspension or termination.
 

6. Subscription Renewals
 

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
 

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing according to your selected plan.
 

It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancellation preferences.
